If your Hayward pool sweep is slow, sometimes not moving at all finding a clog may be a subtle answer but real culprit is most likely the impeller, A-frame and bearings. Replace all of them using this kit and it will perform like new.Hint: Be sure that the feet aren't over-worn and replace if necessary.

I boughtd an off-brand set for my pool vacuum cleaner and was fighting with the fitting of most of the parts. I didn't realize the OEM Hayward set was only $5 more dollars. I returned the other one and got this one. Although it said it was going to take about 5 fays to get it I received it the next day! I placed the parts in and they went in like a glove! A perfect fitting! Hayward definitely knows what they are doing. The Amazon price was less then 50% of the retail price of the same set at ...

Since this is not genuine Hayward, the parts were not smoothly fitting. Probably a mold taken of original parts but did not fit properly. Had to sand prongs to slide into pontoons on each side. Screws were not same length.

I had my Navigator updated last summer with the OEM turbine rebuild kit in a pool shop (at about twice the cost of this kit). Those OEM parts failed quickly (less than 10 months) which is surprising. I hesitated to buy aftermarket parts, after reading some reviews complaining about poor fit. My experience is that these parts seem to fit and function well. But two days of operation does not mean the parts will hold up. I'm hoping that this kit will hold up better than the OEM kit.

The media could not be loaded. My pool vacuum stopped moving, so I picked it up to make sure there wasn't any obstruction. Upon inspection the suction was still strong and the pool feet moved just fine. But when putting it back down on the pool floor, it would not move. I took a chance and ordered this hoping this would fix my problem. It arrived the next day with Amazon prime. I took me about ten minutes to swap out the old with the new parts.
