Summary: Really nice unit at an excellent price. Fits perfectly on my 2005 Tahoe 5.3.This is a quality piece of hardware--well thought out and nicely manufactured. All of the pieces fit correctly with no slack or misalignment, and there clearly is a high level of engineering put into how it is designed. This was installed on my 05 K2500 HD with a 6 Liter. What a difference! Performance is greatly improved, much less throttle needed to attain freeway speed and get there much quicker. I've not noticed any difference in how the vehicle sounds. I will update later (when I remember) how fuel consumption changes if at all.Installation was pretty simple, dis-assembly was a pain. Installed this in my 2004 Chevy Silverado. Took less than 30 minutes with minimal tools needed. Feels and sounds better than my stock air intake. Cant really tell in my every day driving if a huge difference was made, but Would definitely recommend to other Chevy owners.

Installed the Air Intake in under an hour, as I also replaced my serpentine belt, AC belt, and the serpentine tensioner. Fairly easy to install, except that the bolt for the vibration pad broke as I was tightening it. (I will call to get a replacement.) After installing everything I turned my truck (2000) Chevy Silverado Z71 1500) on. You could tell from the sound that it was already working.
