it worked fine, strong green laser light. The cross most be just in front of what you want to level, so you have to place it on a large tripod iif you need it to high

Love this thing! Makes life so much easier for me as a dad. Hanging pictures, installing shelves, curtain rods… all so much easier with this. No more using an old school level. Plenty bright even in the middle of the day. Can easily be mounted to any camera tripod. Even recommended it to my father in law who is in fine detailed construction. He said it has made his life easier as well.

I almost didn't buy this item because I read reviews claiming the light wasn't bright enough.It works fine, very bright and efficient for what I need it for. I love the fact that it is not bulky and comes with a nice case for easy carrying.To stabilize the light, use a tripod.
