This is my third B&D “mouse” sander, they all were easy to hold, aim and control, and do the jobs I need really well. When you refinish doors, moldings, etc you want a larger sander to cover a lot of area, but for a slightly uneven deck with boards convexed or concaved you need a sander that can follow the contour of the wood and the mouse does that really well.
