This is my second set of two of these flashlights. They are 3 AAA battery flashlights, they have a bright light, the light is 'zoomable', they are very well made, have rubber seals around the openings (doesn't mean the are waterproof but does help with water resistant.). Looks good and feels sturdy. Light is bright and the adjustable beam width is a helpful feature that works smoothly. Mode switching (brightness levels, flashing, and S-O-S) could be better designed. As it is, when the light is on, you press the power button to turn it completely off, and then press it again to turn it back on in another mode, then off again, then on again… It’s a bit slow and clunky.
