There are two versions of the lantern, and they each have their strengths. This is the larger one, which is extremely bright. My home does not have as many electrical outlets as I could wish, especially since electronics have become so much more widely used. Lollipop

This is the best light for everything-working under the hood, putting it on your bike with the flashing red light, keeping one in the car for emergencies. We have bought about 8 of these and all of them have worked amazingly. I would give it 6 stars if I could.

I would like to give this light a better review but it has one major drawback, at least for me.Pros:* It feels well made.* The light is bright.* It has no blink mode. Most flashlights and light have a stupid blink or SOS mode.
