Super soft! Bought it for my wife and she is in love with it. The other one she had was not soft one bit and you can’t even tell this one has any kind of heating elements or wires. Like it’s so smooth, super hot too, if you need a super soft blanket that heats up and keep you from getting out of bed lol this is it!

I really appreciate good customer service in this day and age.***We have had this blanket just over a month. My son was obsessed, he said he loved that it made him so cozy and warm.
