I struggled with putting on my compression socks even the lower strength ones! Then my doctor changed me to a higher 20-30 pressure, And also told me about this Jobst donner and how easy it was to use! After using it 2 times by following their directions, it worked like a charm! I don’t dred putting on my socks anymore! I am thrilled that it works as he said it would! The Jobst Compression Stocking Donner is a great device. I was so happy to order it. It really help me to put on my compression stockings on. I was trying to put on my compression stockings and it was extremly difficult as it took about three hours I kid you not. The devise will not accept socks easily. I cannot maneuver my self to align a sock onto my foot. not the right devise for me.

For putting on compression stockings of the "mild" sort (just 8 to 15 mmHg), it is about as much help as the half-cylinder type, probably a little better. It takes some experimentation to figure out the best way to use it. Note that my lower legs are sensitive (neuropathy) and my lower back gives me problems. It has helped to put an old belt between the two handles so I don't have to bend over so far.
