Ordered this "cheek mic" to replace faulty one for my Pastor's wireless system. Works well, matched the existing system, no problems.

The sound from this mic is very good. It's not as good as a countryman, but it only costs a fraction of the price. My only complaint is that the headset is too loose. The material is too easily bent and shaped. The mic doesn't want to stay around my ear. When I get it to hold, the mic is either too close or too far away from my mouth. Once I make that adjustment, it messes up the hold around my ear and I have to start all over. Bottom line: it's a good cheap replacement, especially for occasi...

The connector on this microphone is intended for Sennheiser lav kits that have the screw-on 3.5mm connector, but it will work fine with normal 3.5mm connectors and that's how I use this microphone.I tested this microphone plugged into a wireless lavalier kit and plugged into a USB/Bluetooth DAC and it worked fine in both cases. The media could not be loaded. I ordered the 3.5 mm style connector with the screw on locking ring that is supposed to be for Sennheiser style microphone transmitters, but it also fits on the RODE Wireless Pro transmitter that I tested it with. The media could not be loaded. This "over the ear" boom style microphone is 100% compatible with a Sennheiser body pack. The mic is lightweight, but sturdy construction. The earloop section is reinforced with a plastic lining. The set includes one mic, a plastic clip, and two wind screens. The mic tested as well as a name brand that cost much more -- as may be heard in the video test above. I would not hesitate to use this mic in a situation that required high quality audio.
