Is perfect for what I needed. I do work with PCB's occasionally and for the amount I do, this is great. Picture quality is fairly good, especially for the cost. I wanted something that was easy to hook up, looked good, and didn't break the bank. Pretty much what I was hoping for tbh: good zoom (well beyond what I can see), acceptable focus distance (I can keep the clear collar on almost all the way), and absolutely no custom software needed at all. Just get a generic usb-webcam app, any desktop OS should immediately recognize it.I honestly have no idea what the buttons are supposed to do because I don't use Windows and nothing seems to respond to them by default, but it hardly matters. I connected it to my PC, an HP and installed per instructions. The LED lights work, it sees it in device manager but in the software, nothing except black screen. I saw this on the Daily Caller new site as a featured product but I didn't trust ordering from there. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered this. I will try some more, but it isn't worth the effort to return it, so it will probably hit the electronic waste bin. Or I could use it for a fancy small flashlight.

The magnifying glass is good (photo andVideo is nice). But I had problems connecting Android devices. The adjustment wheel for the variable magnification was too difficult, so that I always lost my position in relation to my object, because the stand is not very stable either. I sent the magnifying glass back and am now looking for a magnifying glass with a massive stand and possibly an integrated monitor.
