Great tasting manuka honey with the potential added benefits from the MGO (methylglyoxal). This is great for a multitude of uses but I just put a teaspoon in my coffee each morning.

I enjoy the taste of this manuka honey. It looks slightly gritty in the plastic jar, but it tastes completely smooth. It also tastes less medicinal than the higher rated manuka honeys I’ve tried. Which is a plus because my kids actually enjoy it. I love that it provides a natural remedy for sore throats and coughs. I think the price is a little high for the rating of 300 MGO.

I love honey and trying different kinds/flavors, so this really got my interest. It is a thick honey that is easier to scoop out than try to pour. The flavor is very flowery and intensely sweet, very noticeably different than clover honey. You also need much less of it in your tea to sweeten it and add flavor. The jar is very well made and won't fall apart from getting dropped. The honey tastes phenomenal and manuka honey is known for its multiple benefits, such as for digestion and helping with sore throats when sick. I have used it a few times for a sore throat and it worked well. I really like the taste and while it is expensive, you get what you pay for!. I think it is a good value.
