I am delighted by the quality of this backpack. I needed a light weight waterproof day pack for hiking that was sturdy enough to carry my hiking poles. The super lightweight packs have no structure, and I really wanted one that would not collapse. This works perfectly and is big enough to carry my poles which fold up to 14 inches. We bought this has a quick go-to for on the run work. We live in NYC and we needed a two shoulder backpack.Certainly the price is right and it has held up to conciderable use. Surprised at how sturdy and well built it was. Zippers seem strong.The -star is for two things; first and foremost the straps are not adjustable enough.
