I got these last week and just used them yesterday for the first time. I make almond flour bread and it doesn’t rise much, so larger pans just give you a really flat bread so I needed smaller pans. They worked very well, I did use parchment paper just in case the bread was crumbly. It came out of the pan easily and very easy clean up. I will try without parchment paper when I make meatloaf or something like that to see how well it works and cleans up. I am very happy for now. They seem sturdy...
