This does what it is supposed to do. Easy to use and to figure out, seems to be well-built and has worked flawlessly for me in the first one week plus of usage. It is best for methods requiring a fine grind, although it can be adjusted to grind coarsely but taste-wise, the flavor is better for a finer grind. I really like the compact size of this grinder. I've been using it for coffee and I have no complaints. Material used seem very high quality. It's perfect to take on camping trips. There are 10 grind settings to dial in the perfect ground. I don't do espresso so I can't attest to whether the fine quality is adequate, but for drop coffee, it's perfect.

Manual coffee grinders have become more popular on the market these days. Most of the ones I have seen are all metal construction. This one has a plastic body that makes it lighter and better suited for camping and traveling. Looks wise it's ok, I much prefer all metal.It is easy to use but kind of a pain to adjust the grinds.
