Install shifter in May 2023 after purchasing in April 2023. Coming apart after 3 months of daily driving to work. Email them if item is under warranty? They responded back for photos of the shifter. No response back after sending photos and another email issues shifting. I would not buy anything from this company. Old saying "Pay for what you get". Out of 2 bills from bad craftsmanship.

Initially the shifter was fantastic. I experienced a hard part failure in the unit, and have contacted customer service for a replacement. They were fast with their communication through Amazon and I am currently awaiting the replacement unit. I will update my review when the new unit comes in, and will include pictures again.

"Can you show us a picture of the bolt please, very sorry to hear this issue" THIS IS ALL THEY HAD TO SAY. NO HELP OR DIRECTION TO SOLVE A MANUFACTURE DEFECT. SPEND A LITTLE MORE AND GET A QUALITY PART WITH THE SUPPORT IF NEEEDED!!
