The media could not be loaded. It's clumpy, like they didn't adequately dry it or didn't grind it. The clumps are squishy. They dont break up. I cannot use it for the purpose I had intended. If you are looking for actual dry powder, go with a different company. I will be returning this product.

Ordered "Red Raspberry Leaf Powder", received large, whole leaves. NOT powder. Does not match photo or description, not similar use.I don't own a grinder and I actually needed what I ordered.
