So many reviews yammering on abt berries, berries, mulberries, reservatrol, etc. All true but that isn't what this product is: this is the extraction of the magic from the LEAVES of the tree which fruits with mulberries.I've added it (1/4 tsp in my juice) to a whole pile of supplements to generally be anti-inflammatory. For a long time, Chinese people have used WHITE MULBERRY to be able to help them control their blood glucose. I drink it every evening poured in some hot water (as a tea), with some Camomile (which has a soothing effect on digestion). I like its taste and I feel good after drinking it, but I don't know how much it is effective on our blood sugar levels.

Really disappointed with this batch of the powder, after having a great experience back in May of this year. The first shipment was a dark powder with a rich and deep flavor. This batch, 6 months later, is light brown and with minimal taste. Even when doubling the amount it doesn't intensify the flavor.
