Amla (gooseberry) is high in vitamin C, so I use it in my smoothies to boost my vitamin C intake. I have gastroparesis and can’t eat oranges or grapefruit anymore, so this is a great supplement!

not an aged brown. I've been taking amla off and on bc of Dr. Gregor. I suck it down in warm water w a straw. I have to say, it's pretty nasty tasting...but it's so good for you. The quality of this powder looks nicer than what I buy in the store.
