I purchased the 11 liter. This is perfect for a backpack. I stuffed it full and it held 4 regular tshirts 2 long sleeved tshirts, 3 pair underwear, 2 light pair of nylon pants, and 1 set base layer. All clothing is lightweight "wicking" like material. See three photos. There is a folded newspaper in the background as a size reference. Full and Compressed, Full, and empty next to clothing. Buckles, ties, and stitching seem sturdy.

Highly recommend Granite Gear compression sacks! We use them for sleeping bags, camping pillows, clothing, etc... Have never tried another brand and probably never will.

I bought this bag to stuff my sleeping bag in when I am traveling around Afghanistan. I have the modular military patrol sleeping bag and I gambled with the size a bit hoping that it would fit. I bought the small bag and have no problem stuffing the sleeping bag in.

This literally is a rock solid bag. Super durable material and you can really crank down on the straps to compress your gear. This is by far my favorite compression sack to use. Better than my REI and Alps Mountaineering compression bags.

This is the perfect size for my Big Agnes Lost Ranger 15-Degree Sleeping Bags (650 Down fill). Packs nice and tight, and compressed to 1/4 of the size. Space is of the utmost importance when traveling by motorcycle.
