I've been meaning to write this review for quite a while. I keep forgetting to do it until I use it again. This time I'm stopping what I'm doing and... doing it! It's an excellent shredder. Fairly quiet and, so far, problem free. The only "complaint" I may have is that it fills up fairly quickly. It's a micro cut shredder and I defy anyone to decipher what's on those tiny shreds! 😊

I was so tired of hauling off the heavy top of my $30 shredder and then having to "put it down" somewhere while I picked up the basket and tossed out the shreds. I was also tired of having 3 or more pieces of paper get stuck in it and taking 15 minutes and a bent paperclip to get out the stuck pieces!! I've burned up a few shredders in my time. This won't be one of them. It's quiet, it will take unopened full envelopes and stables. The overheated shut off safety feature works great. You would be hard pressed to find a better shredder for the price.
