It’s harder than it looks when someone throws it at you. Gets your brain really working for sure and your reaction time!May be Little to light weight though . I have used a few of these over the years and all have had some weight to them, this is so light weight that I can bend it without much force. I don’t think it will hold up. But it gets the job done!!?

This reaction catch trainer that the webpage says trains athletes seemed a little too simple when my adult grandson tried it. He threw it up and caught it numerous times. Then I read the directions. The skill and coordination testing seems to come from choosing which color you will catch. What clever marketing. It’s so basic, until you add that dimension.
