I have sensitive skin and the adhesive on these patches did not cause any reaction which is a big win, they go on easily and come off easily without tugging the skin. I like the size for belly button use. The cotton pad is absorbent which I like as I use organic castor oil and it is thick and takes a moment to absorb into the pad. It's like a band-aid for your belly button but it feels like you don't have anything on. It's easy to forget you have it on and not replace it which I highly recommend you change it out daily. It retains the oil and it isn't messy. It's comfortable and practical and it lasts all day. You can also wear it overnight and it'll stay stuck on your skin with no problem. I highly recommend this product and I would get it again.

I got these little belly button patches to hold castor oil in my belly button overnight. They really cover outside of the belly button well and it stayed on all night! I put in on wrong...there is a part that is not sticky so you can pull it when you're ready to take it off, but I put that 'pull tab' in a vertical position.
