Pricey, but they’re good. More room inside the connector for the wire jacket, so you get a solid crimp. Pins seem to hit the wire pairs well.

Have tried a number of cheaper brands. Was on a job where contractor was providing the parts. Started using these and noticed a big difference in feeding and crimping without failures or stray ends not cutting clean. Figure the time savings pays for the difference in cost.

These Pro Series Cat6 connectors have a staggered rather than side-by side conductor placement, which allows the use of cables with slightly larger diameter wires. The included caps cover the bare ends of the wires, a nice finishing touch, although probably not entirely necessary. Keep the covers in the little zip top bag and in the jar with the connectors. I wasn't a fan of the pass through rj connector. After using this one I loved it. It makes any job from 1 to 100 cable very easy to terminate and never had any fault ever
