I have had mine for a year now I had to open it twice to fix. I opened it the first time it was a success, and it worked for me and then broke again. I am going to bye a new one because maybe this one was defective I will give it a chance. Other than that great product I’m only going to give it three stars last year. So this device needs a little patience as you have to place the switch in the cradle just right for it to connect. So minus one star there. But since it's a way cheaper option than purchasing the OEM dock and works just fine I give it a good rating. It also looks better than the original dock because it allows you to showcase your switch without hiding the majority of it as found on the original enclosure. So definitely a great purchase. I got this for my Nintendo switch so that I could play multiplayer with my friends on the tv. A lot of the other cheaper options didn’t include the cords so I give this one a 5 star review because it is affordable, works great, and comes with everything you need making it easy to install and use.

I bought this dock last month, and it worked really well for the first few weeks, but it has since stopped working and my switch doesn’t react at all to being plugged into the dock. I tried sending a message to the support email listed in the user manual and promptly received a response that the address couldn’t be found, so my message wasn’t delivered. Don’t waste your time—I wish I’d splurged on a more reliable system!!
