Easy to connect to pc and easy to configure

It is currently very hard to find network equipment in stock. I messaged the seller, and was told these were in stock, in the USA for next day shipment. We ordered, and sure enough we had tracking the next day. They arrived in factory packaging, in great shape. Worked out great for us since other suppliers don't have inventory for months.

The switch stopped performing reliably within one year. It was expensive $1925.00 however the authorized reseller and Ubiquiti refused to honor the warranty. They have a 2 year warranty if direct from Ubiquiti and 1 year from a reseller so beware! Additionally even though it was within the one year Ubiquiti then used a 2022 date which was the authorized reseller purchase date instead of our purchase date. Terrible customer service!!
