I have this in my car. It helps tremendously. I get severe cramping in my thighs that comes out of nowhere. Supposedly, it is from stress. This little baby helps a lot!My pain has been getting worse and worse lately, so I am going to buy another one of these to put in my office.Because this relieves my pain, at least, for the most part, or, it at least helps me feel so much more comfortable, it is worth some money. I have back problems and need heat on my back when I'm in the car. I bought this heating pad for a 3 hour trip. At first I thought this heating pad isn't heating up. But my advice is give it time. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes for the heat to get going on the level red light. Once it gets going it becomes very comfortable. I will keep the heating pad. I'm not going to return it. I ordered this seat heater so I could be more comfortable in a cold office. It does the job, it’s warm, easy to use, and portable. There are three settings, I usually use the highest. It’s USB powered, folds up and is slim and lightweight, so easy to carry around. Sometimes I sit on it, sometimes I put it against my back like a heating pad. Recommended!!
