I tried a few other pedals with my M50 over the past few years, but got tired of the squeaking, clicking and sliding around the floor. I didn't really want to pay for the Korg, but the soft position of this one sold me on trying (it's not just abrupt full on - full off). Yes, it's overpriced for what it is. But as soon as I opened the box, I was still pleased. It's really solid, got a very nice action, good base, quiet (silent really). And it definitely makes a difference on the keyboard. Not...

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Strangely none of my other damper pedals worked properly with my Korg Nautilus, so I bought this. It works exactly as described and would highly recommend.

I have been using this w/ a Korg Krome for about 2 months and very happy w/ it. After my cheap Chinese made generic pedal w/ 5-star reviews failed after just a few months of use, I figured I might as well spend $20 more to get the OEM pedal.This Korg pedal is made in Japan and is well worth the extra $$. First of all, it has a noticeably lower profile than the generic model, which gives it a lower center of gravity and better stability. This pedal will not tip over. Also, the pedal action fee...

The product image is of low resolution, but the product, once inspected in-person, has a sturdy construction. The black part is all plastic (sturdy polymer), and the silver portion is made of metal (might be stainless steel, not sure).Works with Korg Micro Key Air 61.Notice the Korg website has a new driver "Korg Kontrol Editor", which allows for software-based polarity switching. However, I found that this pedal work perfectly right out of the box.
