I ordered these for our GS troop. It's convenient and application is easy, but we go thru it so fast. Maybe for one girl, it's fine, but not really an economical option for a whole troop. *We offer to iron on patches during our monthly meetings to make things easier for parents. We are trying this as an alternative: HeatnBond UltraHold Iron-On Adhesive, 17 Inches x 1 Yard $3.99

Super easy cut and stick patches on your Girl Scout sash/vest. No more sewing or ironing on the patches. Just cut to size, stick on the back of your patch and then on the vest, hold it there and it’s good to go. I was surprised how sturdy these are, they actually stick really well and don’t feel like they’re going to fall off. I’ve had an iron on patch fall off once but no more with this adhesive. I haven’t washed the vest yet so I can’t say how it holds up after that but for now it’s great.

I tried a few times to see my son’s cub scouts patches on his shirt. It was not how I wanted to spend my time and felt hard to do on the pocket. I bought this patch stickers and it was amazing.
