I didn't know they were metal. These knobs are beautiful to look at and they are really sturdy. They even give you the allen wrench that fits the set screw. Very nice!

I had to do an adaptation with plastic and epoxy because I did not measure the diameter before I bough them. However, it is an excellent product.

Used these to replace my broken plastic knobs on my rangehood. Thery are solid, attach firmly with enclose Allen wrench and set screw, and are a great value for the money. They look so much better than the original cheap plastic ones and don't strip out either. They can be slightly difficult to clean greae from, but simply unscreww, wash and reinstall if they get real bad.

Very well made knobs. With the set screw it possible to use in a post that is a bit smaller than the knob hole. I was missing a knob on a preamp and these two made for a good look. They add a level of professional look.

We have a really old but still working fan in our community woodshop. Somewhere between 1970's and now the plastic knob has gotten legs and ran away! So I ran across this and ordered them. I only needed one, so I guess if this fan has lasted 50 years and this motor will still last to 2050 - then by goodness's sake we have another knob should this one escape as well!
