I've worked through several boom stands and this one finally holds position even when extended with a heavier mic (eg: Yeti). I could go on and on with details, but they all add up to "boom stand -- it just works" and, on that description alone it is Recommended.That said it does have two deficiencies -- one very minor and one a good bit larger depending on your needs. Das Gator Frameworks Deluxe 3000 ist ein guter Mikrofonhalter. Er versteckt das bereits mitgelieferte Mikrofon-Kabel, was eine zusätzliche sehr schöne Optik bietet. Der Mikrofonhalter kann auch besonders schwere Mikrofone tragen (in meinem Fall zum Beispiel das Shure Sm7B). Einen Nachteil hat der Mikrofonhalter aber darin, daß die Tischklemme den Tisch schnell Macken zufügt. Ich empfehle daher einen Filzschutz oder ähnliches an der Tischklemme zu befestigen, damit der Tisch nicht kaputt geht....
