I have severe plantar fasciitis, and these arch insoles have been very helpful to me as I wait for custom orthotics to be made. They definitely take pressure off the heal and are very supportive.

Great for people who work on their feet all day.

The spout leaks when pouring over plants. I do love that it holds 2.5 gallons.

I have neuropathy in my feet so they are very sensitive to shoes. These weren’t my favorite insoles (I like the Dr scholls custom ones better) but they do offer some relief. There was arch support that felt good and the design fit well into my shoes.

These are HARD. Zero cushioning. Firmness is the game if that's what you want. The support is there, and I suppose they would be fine if you are doing a limited amount of walking with your feet constantly in motion, but they are not optimal for all-day (talking 8-12 hours at a time) use or for extended standing in my opinion.I have extremely high arches and need support with my insoles, but whoever designed these must've forgotten that some level of cushioning is still needed, else one ends u...
