I've had heavy heal pain for a few months now and figured I'd give this a try. I work on my feet two days a week for about 5-6 hrs each day. Seems silly to have this much pain.They work fine. Cut the pain in half. Not perfect but with ice it's reasonable. Only downfall is the side fabric started to roll up and tuck under the arch. New pain unlocked. I'm gonna try a few different brands and see what works best for my body.

I used one pair of these soles to do a DIY “repair” on my thrifted Frye boots, since the insoles were peeling up and revealing the hard outer heel. Undiagnosed plantar fasciitis - first day at work with these in my athletic shoes - no heel pain for 3 hours, then pain began, but not as bad as it would have been without the inserts. If today's experience is different I'll edit the review.The women's are a little narrow for my Sketchers. I may try a men's version and see if they fit my shoes better.
