Update: Customer service contacted me and offered a refund. As stated in my initial review, the pencils work well and I have been happy with them. Based on the missing items I initially gave 3 stars, but I am updating to reflect the prompt response and interaction with customer service. While I would still like to have had the case as pictured, I would still purchase these pencils again.Giving 3 stars for the quality of the pencils, but not as pictured and described. I’ve had this pencil for a little over a year now, and it’s served me well through out my late junior and senior years in Highschool.The feel and comfort are great, and it’s easy to write with. However, the erasers kinda suck. So much is hidden inside the housing that barely any is useable leading to quite a bit of waste, and they go quickly, so I’d recommend carrying an eraser alongside you to avoid any headaches.One pencil broke at the tip, making it so the lead broke easier and more freque...
