Love this thing! It is great for mincing onions or garlic. I use it a lot when I make soup and need to chop carrots, celery etc. It is easy to use to make hummus from beans, or chopping nuts. It's compact, cleans easily and you don't need wires and plugs. Good for smaller cooking tasks.

The Manual Food Processor (Hand Pull String Chopper) is a decent gadget that fills a specific niche in the kitchen, but it's not the total time-saver I'd hoped for. It earns a solid three stars. The plastic string mechanism and components feel somewhat fragile. I'm concerned about how long the pull-cord will last with regular, vigorous use on harder vegetables.
