Easy to apply. Read the instructions!! It’s a little different than Thompson water seal BUT it looks great on my swing. Not too glossy or shiny but soaks into the wood even with stain already on the swing. I like that you can use it on several different types of materials and older wood. Will update once I use it on my wooden porch!! So far I’m impressed!

We got this initially to do out concrete drive pad where we park, however when we treated our deck, we did not factor how much we would need for the second coat. It really needed it. It has been neglected since it was built. It was really great to have this as a back-up to finish the job. The hardest part is getting started since you need specific weather conditions to use this.
