Other reviews had issues with the container coming open and spilling during shipping. I didn't have that problem. It arrived perfectly sealed for me.My only issue with the strawberry powder is that it doesn't have as strong of a flavor as I was hoping. I could barely even taste the strawberry flavor in my cupcakes. Next time I will double the amount.That being said, it does have a very natural taste, not chemically at all. And it's a very fine powder much like flour.
