After searching for the past couple years for a version of li hing mui (dried salted plum) powder that wasn't full of artificial sweeteners and coloring, etc., I thought I'd try the Java Plum Fruit Powder. It's delicious. I dusted it on some fresh pineapple and added a sprinkle of salt, to get the "salted plum" flavor, and it was a hit. Not much fruit flavor. Surprisingly much more sour than expected. Did not meet my needs.
