I've had my CarLock device for almost 2.5 years now and overall I've been very pleased with the service and peace of mind it provides. Depending on where you live, you might experience a difference in reliability as far as connection and how quickly everything works. I had to contact Support a few times when I first began using it back in Pennsylvania. To be fair, I lived in a more rural area at the time, but even then after a few emails back and forth, as well as some remote triage and softw...

Carlock works great. Notifies me when there is any sudden vibration and when my engine is turned on. Also allows me to track where my vehicle is at all times.

The system is overall great, It does have huge flaw, Hybrid cars that turn off their gas motors. If this happens for extended time with smart lock on the carlock alarm rearms while at stop light, Then goes off when you start driving and your gas engine turns back on. Very annoying.
