Great little ruler for art or drafting. Measurements line up with my machinists rulers and combination squares (though this is only graduated to 1/8 inch, good enough for most applications). I got a few different sizes of these as they were very inexpensive and recommended by my drawing teacher. It is excellent to put an even border for your artwork as the lines can be lined up with the edge of the paper. I'm replacing the one I had gotten previously. I was inclined to pick up my older one to guide my rotary cutting, but sometimes I cut crookedly and dinged the edge. My mom still has two of hers from the late 80s to early 90s that are exactly the same as the one I received, a true testament to the product’s durability.
