It is a very bendable/flimsy ruler, which can either be good or bad depending on what you want to use it for. I ordered this ruler on accident, actually. I meant to purchase another one that looked similar, however, it's been working good for me and my rotary cutter on a cutting mat for cutting straight edges on both fabrics and vinyl. You just have to be careful about going over it with the rotary cutter, otherwise it will get seriously dinged up.

I like the clarity of the plastic and the ruler is really easy to line up. It's good if you are making a graph for artwork.
