Although my current grill is an old Akorn Char-broil that has an 19.5in diameter, I was able to make it fit by drilling extra stainless steel L brackets in my grill. I was a little skeptical when I saw this was wrapped in newspaper but That didn't last long after I unwrapped it and saw this cast iron grill grate was well made and quite heavy. I took a chance and ordered it to see if it fit inside my Weber kettle as this was made for another grill but it actually fit if I placed the tapered edge upside down.
