When the time came to buy bearings for my MPCNC project, I accidentally bought shielded bearings from another cheap supplier on Amazon instead of sealed ones. And boy am I glad I bought extra! Most of the bearings were scratchy and almost all had at least some lateral slop. I had to completely discard 15% of them. Absolute trash. You get what you pay for, right?Not so fast! Tried the cheaper ones and they were rough, didn't roll well, and had too much play.Then I tried the Donepart 608-2RS and they were so much better. I'll never settle for anything less.I use this for 3D printed products and they are extremely smooth.
