This is a 4-pack of 15mm flange inserts designed to fit into 24mm flange openings. I’ve used other replacement inserts before, and the neck on these is a bit shorter than others I’ve tried. This doesn’t affect performance at all, but it’s worth noting for anyone who’s used to a longer neck style.I tested them on my Willow Go, and they fit perfectly—nice and snug. These are comparable to the Momcozy inserts and work perfectly in my Momcozy m5 pump! It's just ever so slightly different in that the edge is not perfectly flush inside the main flange, however, this does not affect ithe use at all. I actually like that it's just visually different so I can tell my two flanges apart (I have to use two different sizes).

As a mom how has several pumps, I usually have to have several extra pieces on hand for each pump. I have an M5 and these worked perfectly with them. I have also accidentally used them in my Spectra flanges and to my surprise they also work! I know they are marketed for Momcozy but they did also work with my Spectra plastic flanges. I love that they have little ribs to ensure that once they are placed inside the flange they will 100% stay and create a very good seal. With that being said they...

I have two different brands of S32 model breast pumps, the Nuliies and the Ellies, and these fit both! They easily stick into the silicone flange and are also easy to remove. I tried putting these inserts into the top rack of the Momcozy washer/sterilizer/dryer, but they had weird water spots on them, so I still wash these by hand, even though the duck-bill valves and diaphragms are okay in the Momcozy. I wash them with a Nuliie soft pump/insert foam cleaning brush and regular dish soap, then...

This set of flanges measures the appropriate size but one of the 4 in the set arrived with a hole in it. The others work as intended but it would have been preferred if one didn't have a split in it, that way I could switch one pair out to be washed
