This is a great product, it appears to be built very well, serve its purpose and holds tightly. I just don't really like how it looked in my hair. My hair is pretty long, but it isn't very thick, so while this product works great, I was hoping it would puff my bun out a bit more so it doesn't look so small. This works ok for fine hair, but breaks easily with thick hair, and it’s not as secure as a nylon donut that you can put pins into. Definitely doesn’t stay in well enough for dance. Use it if you have fine hair and just want to do a quick messy bun.

I have very thin, fine, medium-long hair and was looking for a new way to wear my hair up. I ordered the 3-pack and it arrived very quickly and in excellent condition. After a few false starts, I quickly got the hang of using the Magic Bun Maker. The bands have a slight curve inward and you have to curl AGAINST that curve to make it snap in place.
