This is essential if you like to have fresh limes on hand 24/7, but don't have time to always go to the market.Better than bottled lime juice IMO. Great in guacamole, on popcorn with chili powder, in rice, fresh pico, or my fave--- on watermelon. I also use this to balance out a flavored water if too sweet!

Where have you been all my life .... why didnt I know about you sooner! Authentic, true lime taste without the liquid. So much cool stuff you could do with this. Ive used it as a sprinkle on popcorn, in a chocolate ganache, mixed it with some mint in greek yougurt, rimming margarita glasses, dusting on grilled fruit. The other day my Thai peanut sauce just seemed too heavy - I sprinkled some lime powder on it which helped bring out a layering taste.One thing Im going to try soon is making som...
