The media could not be loaded. This is the best money I've ever spent on my pool. It works totally awesome. As long as you set the main basket between 2 in and 4 in below the surface the inner basket and outer blue collar will self-adjust to the water level. I don't understand why these other reviews don't recognize that it goes up and down with the water level. Easy to put together and easy to attach to your above ground pool. Our above ground pool came without a built in skimmer. We felt we needed a skimmer to keep the top of our water clean. I wanted to get a skimmer for my little Intex pool, and I specifically chose this one because it says it can be used with a 530 GPH pump. Unfortunately, it wasn't a strong enough pump to make the skimmer work. The skimmer itself was fine. The reason for my lower rating is because I think they need to rethink the description since it didn't work on a lower pump. Otherwise, I think the product would have been fine.
