You can definitely mix this item with water or another liquid, but when I take something like this I want to be able to just take it- not have to make a drink and put the supplement inside.Since this supplement arrived I have been taking this supplement straight from the dropper- not mixing it with anything. I really thought the taste was going to be exactly how it smelled which is not the greatest. It literally taste like honey and has great added benefits from mushrooms. Can't wait to use this on the daily! The dropper is so easy to use as well.

I really like the supplement. I think it taste good either mixed with water or even just eating the honey straight from the dropper taste is strong so you just have to find what works best for you noticed an overall difference in my immune system and just in my overall health.
