I feel like this product does what it is supposed to do. It is pure, with no fillers or extra ingredients, which is important to me. Ginger has a tendency to make a person feel warm, but since I am very cold natured this is a good thing for me. The thing I do not like is it causes me to have fairly bad acid reflux. I started taking this specifically to ease my back pain. I have lumbar stenosis, scoliosis, and osteoarthritis.
