I decided to try some of the Collagen Peptides protein powder after using and liking Promix's Casein. I have noticed better recovery following workouts. I used 2 scoops a day for 2 weeks, combined with a casein shake before bed and in the morning and saw a 4 pound loss with all 4 pounds being fat.
