Out with the old in with the new. This Eufy, a brand I absolutely adore, replaced our Ring doorbell. Surprisingly it was narrow enough to replace our old doorbell button as well! That’s not something the ring doorbell could do because of its width, it had to go on the wall. Not sure all the negativities, I had this for two weeks now and things are working beautifully AI versus motion detection works very well. Live a fairly busy street and this thing does not bother you with unnecessary alerts, and the subscription is great. I still have footage from the same day I installed it so don’t be too worried about the memory card situation. I hardly do reviews, but this warranted one. I bought this doorbell because I got tired of the monthly subscription from Ring. I already have two Eufy cameras that have been working well for 2 years so I thought the doorbell would be good. The setup was a little stressful. That's only because I needed to reset it in a special way. If you look on the Reddit thread for it, you'll find instructions for that sequence. I had to call customer service 2x because the first lady hung up on me (wtf). The second lady would have been helpful if I had not already looked on the reddit thread.
